DorfitAutomatic Door Bottom Seal

A concealed, automatic door bottom seal that is spring loaded to lift clear of the floor when the door is opened. It is acoustically designed, featuring silicon gaskets for medium temperature smoke and fire door applications. Operated automatically by pressure against the door jamb on its adjustable strike. It can also be fitted into the bottom rail of a meta door by the fabricator.

• Location: Fully mortised into the groove in the bottom of single and double butt-hinged door.

• Installation: Fixing screws are supplied. This seal is mortised. Pre-drilled radiuses end plates are supplied which also secure the product in place. (Square end plates available on request)

• Seal: Silicon Rubber in gray color

• The sealing gap: 15 mm (0.59")

• Available length: 711-813mm, can be cut to 700mm, 814-915mm, can be cut to 800mm ,916-1016mm, can be cut to 900mm, 1017-1167mm, can be cut to 1000mm, 1168-1220mm, can be cut to 1100mm

•Finish: Silver or bronze anodized aluminum
